SAAQclic scandal erupts over skyrocketing consultant billing rates fueling outrage

An internal review into the SAAQclic project uncovered that external consultants’ hourly rates soared from $82 to $350, accumulating an extra 20,000 billable hours over three years. This jaw-dropping cost escalation has ignited questions about oversight and fiscal responsibility, leaving insiders both shocked and amused.
