VANCOUVER - Police in Vancouver are investigating whether a Tesla was intentionally targeted when a rock smashed through its windshield, seriously injuring a passenger.
“We are working to determine whether this was a criminal act, and if someone intentionally targeted this Tesla,” Sgt. Steve Addison said in a release.
