Oscars require voters to watch every nominated film

In a bid to ensure more informed voting, the Academy has mandated that Oscar voters must watch all nominated films across each category. The new rule aims to eliminate any brush-off excuses and force a full viewing experience—even if that means sitting through some rather tedious movies.
