Authorities are renewing their efforts in the unresolved 2019 homicide of Richmond, B.C. notary Stephen Chong. With an offered reward and an earnest plea for information, the investigation continues to pursue leads in the long-standing case that still haunts the local community.
Stephen Chong was found dead in his second-floor office at a strip mall in the 8200 block of Granville Avenue on the evening of Oct. 18, 2019.
Police are issuing a plea for information nearly six years after a British Columbia notary public was found dead in his office in what investigators say was a targeted homicide.
