SAAQ faces massive IT project cost overruns

An ex-chair of the SAAQ board has downplayed a staggering cost overrun in the agency's IT initiatives, noting potential increases of up to 300 million dollars. Despite the scale of the overspend, critics remain skeptical as developers scramble to explain how such runaway costs could possibly be brushed aside.
