NAIT pauses 18 programs amid financial and enrollment review

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology announced it is pausing 18 programs in response to financial and enrollment concerns. This strategic review targets enhancing alignment between student needs and industry demands, leaving hundreds of students seeking alternatives while the institution reassesses its program portfolio.
The post-secondary's vice-president, academic Peter Leclaire says the changes are to ensure NAIT can meet the needs of students and industry.
